We integrate our product with your existing Wi-Fi router. To run the mobile application inside your house, you will not require an internet connection. Therefore if you are connected to the same router and the internet is down or not connected, you can still control the smart devices. For controlling your house or smart devices from outside, you would need the internet on your mobile phone as well as inside your house.

No, you can download our smart home app, free of cost, from Google Playstore or from Apple’s App Store.

Our app is compatible with both iOS and Android mobiles with Android version 4.0 or more.

Yes, you can enable/disable notifications in the app based on the categories of alerts. You can do it by following steps: Open the automation app. Go to ‘Settings’ and click on ‘Account’ that is present at the top right corner. When you click on an account, you get an option to ‘View Profile’ and ‘Preferences’, select ‘Preferences’. This section will help you filter out the notifications based on the following categories:
1. Settings
2. Rooms
3. Remotes
4. Homes
5. Devices
6. Schedules
7. Reminders
8. Alert
9. and Support
* Other preferences, such as Sounds and Vibration, can also be chosen by the user.
* Once you are done with personalizing your preferences, click on ‘Save Preferences’.

Yes, you can! The devices can be operated manually without any hassle just like before and on top of that you can control the device with the app too.

No! it does not require any additional wiring and is compatible with your existing switchboard.
